The Yield Giving OpenCall – managed by Lever for Change – focused on elevating organizations working with people and in places experiencing the greatest need in the United States – and our organization does just that through our mission to enhance health outcomes through informing, collaborating, and activating organizations, government, and community.
CHC exists to eradicate health injustice, starting in Wyandotte County and KC region. We believe residents have the ability, and inherent right, to provide leadership in shaping systems and policies which impact health.
