In Kansas City, not everyone has access to the resources they need to live a healthy life. CHC bridges the gaps in health-related access and equity issues through community-led solutions. CHCWe provides long-term investment and stability that allows our programs to create change and better prepare for the future.

$5: Give a meal every month or a pack and play over a year.
$10: Provide 5 families or individuals with appointments for resource navigation services over a year.
$15: Give 2 families a car seat or 5 pack and plays over a year.
$25: Provide emergency relief funds every month or 15 families with wrap-around services over a year.
