Ricky Ricardo, Motorcyle Rick, Rickadamus however you may know him; Ricardo Ortiz is in fact the man, the myth and the legend. Ricardo serves as Program Director for the Kansas Assistance Network, but really spends his time forecasting the weather, encouraging all the staff in the office and being a source of fun facts and brief distractions.
