Andrea Padilla | Health Insurance Specialist

Andrea is a proud member of the Kansas City, Kansas community. After a successful career in banking, Andrea felt called to work more directly with individuals and families in need and sought a path where she could make a meaningful impact in her community. In 2021, Andrea completed training as a Community Health Worker and joined the Community Health Council (CHC), where she began serving local residents as a Maternal Community Health Worker (MCHW).

Today, Andrea is a licensed health insurance agent who combines her professional expertise with a deep passion for helping families access the care and resources they need. She assists individuals with Medicaid, Medicare, and Marketplace health insurance while drawing on her experience as a Community Health Worker to connect clients with additional community supports and services.

As a mother herself, Andrea understands the challenges families can face and is committed to ensuring that individuals feel supported, empowered, and comfortable asking for help. She is especially passionate about increasing awareness of the resources available throughout Wyandotte County and helping community members navigate systems that can often feel overwhelming. Through her work, Andrea strives to make a positive difference in the lives of those she serves by providing guidance, encouragement, and access to vital resources.
