Amber Adams |Director of Operations & External Affairs

Amber Adams, MPH is a born and bred Kansas City, Kansas native. Amber graduated from Sumner Academy of Arts and Sciences in 2009, and later obtained a B.S in Health Sciences from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, and MPH and certificate in Health Education and Promotion from Benedictine University. She has a passion for helping others and that can be seen in both her professional and personal work.

With an extensive public and community health background, Amber has led numerous initiatives that advances health equity and strengthens community partnerships throughout Wyandotte County. She specializes in community health improvement, coalition building and strategic planning.

Outside of the CHC, Amber is a dedicated member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and volunteers regularly with her church. You can find her trying out a local coffee shop, listening to live music, or being a loud volleyball mom.
